MEET OUR TEAM

Our team has extensive experience advising on M&A transactions (purchase and sale of companies) having successfully completed more than 50 operations. We are a solid and multidisciplinary team that combines experience and professional achievements in companies of national and international prestige.

One of our great added values is that our partners are the main contact figure for our customers, as they are involved and participate in all phases of the process, making the difference and making the most of each situation.

Octavio started as Accounts Auditor and Risk Consultant at BDO. Then he worked as Financial Analyst for SG Berkshire Group, developing Leverage Buy Out operations until he became Chief Analyst for the Acuity AG investment fund.
CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Spain Society since 2014. Graduated in Business Administration in Complutense University of Madrid.

Previously, he was Head Director at a M&A Boutique focused on Mid-Market operations in the UK. He has completed more than 40 transactions, including the sale of Ashchem Pharmacy to Bregal Freshstream; Vegetarian Express to Bridges Ventures; WC Rowe to Iberia Industry Capital; and Ecutek Ltd to Autometer/Promus Equity.

Mark Sapsford

Founder of CapEQ, a company that works with Acuity One managing international M&A mandates.

He was Head at M&A and has more than 25 years of experience. He has completed more than 45 transactions and supervised more than 100, leading teams in the United Kingdom, the United States, The Netherlands, Australia, Spain, and Poland. Furthermore, he established his international office in New York, from where he helped complete several transactions such as the sale of Optimum Lightning to Philiphs Lightning Biokinetics to Foster Wheeler; and Precision Pipeline to Sentinel Capital. Since he came back to the UK, he has completed a wide range of international transactions in the mid-market segment.

Partner of CapEQ, a company that works closely with Acuity One managing international M&A mandates.

Previously, he was Head at M&A, and he has more than 20 years of experience. He has held senior management positions in technology and professional service companies. He has founded several technology companies and investment vehicles. Between his transactions, we can mention the sale of CAN UK to RSK Group, the acquisition of Vista Equity-backed Granicus by Firmstep; the sale of Cynergie UK to Davies Group; PCM Healthcare to Cogoora; and File Express to Iron Mountain.

Senior M&A Project Manager

Previously Project Manager at Bcms España, responsible for the correct planning, execution, and supervision of M&A projects. Maria started working in the office of Mercedes Benjumea, collaborating in civil and commercial areas. Then, she specialized in project management for M&A. Graduated in Law from the University of Cádiz, she holds a degree in Commercial Sales Management and nowadays, she is studying the ThePowerMBA Master.

Pedro Domínguez

Tourism Senior Advisor

Pedro has more than 20 years of senior experience in Finance and as a member of Executive Committees.

During the last 15 years, he has been Head of different tourism enterprises, covering the entire value chain in enterprises such as Grupo MTS-OTS Globe (one of the biggest DMC-bedbanks of the Mediterranean area), Sunwing Travel Group (the largest vertically integrated tourism group in North America). Pedro has management teams in more than 30 countries in EMEA, Caribbean and Central America.

Graduated in Business Administration. He holds an MBA and PDD from the IE, as well as a Fusion and Acquisition executive programme from Chicago Booth University.
